Racheal has over 6years of experience implementing children and youth programs in rural and urban areas in Kenya. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the marginalised groups; youths, children and refugees with a solid track record of using research, analysis, and advocacy to successfully develop initiatives aimed at ensuring that projects are people-centred to ensure that children and youth live a life of dignity, opportunity and liberty. Racheal has implemented projects funded by Terre des Hommes (TDH), Rotary International, USAID-Aphia Plus and most Recently UNHCR. Racheal is skilled in Community Training, Project Management and Monitoring& Evaluation. Racheal is an Erasmus Mundus Masters Scholar currently pursuing a joint master’s degree in Education Policies for Global Development from the University of Oslo, University of Malta and Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona. Out of work Racheal enjoys watching performing arts (plays, spoken word and poetry, comedy shows) and playing football.
